The 2025 GCSE results saw:

• 74% achieving grades 9-4 in English and Maths
• 51% achieving grade 5 or higher in English and Maths
• 19% achieving grade 7 or higher in English and Maths
• These results make us the highest achieving non-selective school in Tameside

The 2025 A Level results saw:

• 74% of students achieved at least one A*-B grade at A Level
• The Sixth Form achieved an overall 98% Pass Rate
• Average grade B-
• Average EPQ grade B

Destinations of the Class of 2025:

• 100% of students who planned to go on to Higher Education secured their place at University.
• 50% of students will be attending a Top 25 UK University – 40% of these are Russell Group Universities.
• Destinations included: Imperial College London, Durham University, The University of Manchester, Lancaster University, Queen’s Belfast University and The University of York.
  2 students will be reading Medicine

The 2024 GCSE results saw:

• 81% achieving grades 9-4 in English and Maths
• 56% achieving grade 5 or higher in English and Maths
• Ebacc entry was 78%
• A progress 8 score of +0.73 – the highest score of any school in Tameside!
