One of the more positive aspects of the Covid-19 pandemic is the way in which people are pulling together to support one another.
It is heart-warming to see just how many people are prioritising the wellbeing and education of young people and, at Laurus Ryecroft alone, the efforts of staff, parents, carers and the wider community have been astounding.
We were delighted to receive a delivery of 20 Chromebooks recently from architectural company Arup. They have kindly donated the devices to ensure that every student has access to the technology required for home learning.
Their incredible generosity is really helping to make a difference to our students as we work hard to deliver a full and inspiring curriculum remotely until we can all return to school once and for all.
