We are delighted that you are considering Laurus Ryecroft Sixth Form (LRSF) for your post-16 studies.

All students who apply for LRSF will be invited to attend a consultation meeting with a member of our senior leadership team. You will be given the opportunity to discuss your current progress, Sixth Form subject choices and future aspirations. A conditional offer of a place in the Sixth Form will be issued following the consultation meeting and you will also be invited to attend an Induction Day prior to starting in September.

Final registration will take place on GCSE Results Day. At any point leading up to this date, please continue to ask us any questions or discuss any issues which you might have.

  • November – Sixth Form Open Event takes place and the admissions process opens
  • December – Application deadline
  • December / January – Consultation meetings for Laurus Ryecroft students
  • January / February – Consultation meetings for external applicants
  • February – Conditional offer letters issued
  • February / March – Deadline to accept offers
  • August – GCSE Results Day and Sixth Form registration
  • September – First day of Sixth Form
