Wednesday 24th April was a special day for 15 Laurus Ryecroft students as they were presented with their Arts Award Certificates by Councillor Leanne Feeley.
The students spent a term working with local artist Sam Hull and completed an incredible collection of embroidered and painted pieces of art, taking inspiration from the theme ‘Our Community’.
They also worked hard to complete their log books which, after being verified by Trinity College London, led to them achieving their Discover Art Award. We are incredibly proud of their creative endeavours!
